Raw, organic, vegan chocolate. Made from bean to bar in small batches in the heart of Warwickshire. Using sustainable cacao and coconut blossom sugar and pure organic ingredients that pack a big flavour punch. All packaging is recyclable or compostable. Using Peruvian cacao beans from agro-forestry managed plantations, all of our chocolate is 100% traceable, good for you and good for the planet.

Hides their low scores

This company hides their low scores on their website.
Half of the bon bons were cracked, not great as a gift. We could not tell what any of the flavours were, even pistachio didn't come through.
The texture and flavour of the chocolate was lacking, some bars seemed grainy, waste of money

Hi Charlie, thanks so much for your review. I have emailed you now twice to resolve this issue, offering you a refund or replacement within two hours of your initial email stating the problem. Unfortunately you have not responded.
My website, much like etsy and other review systems allows time for a response and resolution before publishing. You have not responded with how you would like to resolve this yet.
Please consider that I am a small business of one person trying to support my family. I have apologised for the breakages caused in transit and would love to resolve this.
Please help me to help you.
