Raycon fitness earbuds, don't bother.

Raycon fitness earbuds, got them in dec 2024, the case died and would not charge after about 6 months, tried to get a replacement from raycon but they would not reply to my inquiry. Had to buy a used replacement on ebay. By oct. of 2025 the right ear bud would only keep a charge for about 40 min. Tried again to get a replacement from raycon, again crickets. $100 for a pair of ear buds that lasted less than a year. Pretty disapointed. The waranty is garbage and wont be honored. They were comfortable while they worked and the sound quality was decent but the company is trash, spend a little more money and go elsewhere to get some earbuds.

Horrible Company

Horrible Company, defective products, worst customer service.

They sent me Ear buds that were defective right out of the box. I requested a new pair, which were also defective. They approved the second return, but refused to refund my money and would not send me a working pair. The CS person Jay just admitted they were going to simply keep my money and this is their “policy”. Fortunately my credit card company approved my dispute and refunded my money and charged it back to Raycon.

I have NEVER had a company do this EVER. These people are thieves.

My order got sent back due to a mix up and the customer service getting this handled was amazing! Thank you so much for making it so easy to handle. Lightning fast responses (not AI) and quick follow up and follow through.

Absolutely useless!! Don't buy!!!

Absolutely useless!!! The headphones don't work and customer service is a joke, you get passed around and nothing gets sorted. Im going to have to contact my bank to get my refund as this company is useless!!

All the people at customer support were…

All the people at customer support were fantastic. The were able tell me what I needed to do for my headphone issue and informed me as to what actions I had to take under the warranty. I’m conclusion they said I was covered under the warranty and that a new headphone was being sent out. Again everyone at Raycon support was fantastic!!!! Thanks
