In my experience, Rayleigh Glass were absolutely awful.

In my experience, Rayleigh Glass were absolutely awful. I had a replacement glass roof fitted on my conservatory, but a crucial tie bar was never installed. As a result, the roof spread and started leaking.

I paid for a structural engineer to investigate, and they confirmed there was a structural failure: the weight of the roof had pushed the walls outwards and a tie bar should have been fitted to prevent roof spread in the first place.

Despite this independent professional report, Rayleigh Glass refused to repair the damage caused by their negligence. The only option left was going to court, which would have cost thousands—and they clearly knew that.

Completely unacceptable from start to finish. Do not ever use this company.
