I reached out to Ray for me and my wife’s wedding ring, from start to finish Ray was kind, patient and professional. The wedding ring required marquee diamonds to match the engagement ring, if I had known about Ray before I would have 100% got the engagement ring made by him too. Anyway, the rings came out perfectly and my wife is constantly asked about where she got her rings from, thanks again Ray!

Excellent service and great craftsmanship! I wanted a bespoke diamond ring made and created in a very tight turnaround. It was a gift for my wife, and I needed it for our anniversary which was the following week! Ray was super helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive to all my questions. Where do I start?! Ray from beginning to end been super helpful. He taught me everything needed to know about the ring we was about to bring to life. He never pushed a sale and always gave me the best advice. Unlike some of these other jewellery shops I approached prior. We made the ring for a fraction of the cost I got quoted prior and the diamonds were a lot better quality and bigger. They also was GIA certified!

Definitely would recommend to everyone to use Ray. He will save you money, build it to how you want, make it better and more valuable compared to the rest!

WOW - I don’t really know where to start. I approached Ray Adams Jewellers to ask for a bespoke oval diamond ring to be created for me, and the service and product I received was nothing short of phenomenal.

Ray is an exceptional jeweller and this is evident through the extensive knowledge he has and his craftsmanship.
Ray sourced the most stunning diamond and made sure every detail was perfect in terms of the shape. clarity and colour of this diamond. It is evident Ray sources and works with only the very best diamonds!!!!

Once Ray started sourcing the diamond we began very in depth conversations about the design of the ring and other specific intricate details. During this process I had several questions for Ray and none of them were ever too much trouble. Every question or query I had was answered with a great deal of professionalism and detail. Ray really listened to what I was after and this was evident through the cad designs and wax print that was shared. Ray also advised me really well in terms of what type of band and basket would be the most elegant and compliment the diamond. Ray absolutely knows his craft and is exactly the jeweller I’d want to create a bespoke diamond ring for me!

Ray kept me informed of the process every step of the way and ensured I was happy with each part before moving on to the next step of creating the ring. The time and detail Ray gave towards creating this diamond ring was truly exceptional.

Ray was an absolute pleasure to work with, from ring design to handover at the fancy Rosewood Hotel in Holborn. I came to Ray with the huge task of mirroring a ring design from the legendary jewellery house, Graff. I had visited Harrods a month earlier, blown away with the beauty and design of a specific ring. Ray worked with me over 3 weeks to design this diamond ring to the exact specification. The identical diamond cut, clarity, colour was achieved. The super intricate platinum band and, stone setting mirrored my partners wishes. All this achieved at 60% discount of what I would have paid in Harrods (if I remortgaged 😂). Thank you Ray and I’ll certainly be returning in the not too distant future!

The customer service was in the simplest terms impeccable. I had doubts in regards to the design as it was a complicated ring but Ray was always reassuring me everything was going to be fine and well he came through!! He took me through the whole process of making the ring, showed me each step and ensured I was happy with the progress. He was in constant contact and was never ever hard to reach for any queries I had. My wife to be loves her engagement ring and well so do I (I wish someone bought me a ring like that!).
