Terrible products and terrible customer service. I purchased one of their hot tub covers. It was used for 3 months and it is sagging. Holds water, ice, snow which makes it impossible to maneuver. The first recommendation was to place a 2x4 under the cover! Absolutely crazy. The second was to take the insert out of the cover and flip it and reinstall the cover…obviously this cannot be accomplished every 1-2 months! Absolutely crazy. The company's owner refused to provide a non defective replacement or refund. I am turning this over to my attorney. Please look elsewhere for quality products. This company does not stand behind what they sell! See photos!!
I have a Rayner pool cover on my pool. I have had it for four years. Recently my dog went missing. I found it in the deep end of my pool she had literally fallen through a slit that just developed. My dog could’ve drowned or broken its bones my deep end is deeper than average. I approached the retailer who said they made a claim with the manufacture, they did absolutely nothing. The retailer offered me another pool cover for more money than what I have paid for this originally around $1600. The idea that my child could’ve fallen through just the same and been dead. No one ever contacted me no one ever cared it’s appalling that people like this are allowed to stay in business. I’ve only written a few reviews in my life and this is one of them. I feel it’s important people learn about this company and its unsafe product. The next time it could be someone’s small child. Part of their advertisement is that this could hold the weight of a 1200 pound elephant don’t trust them don’t buy this product save your animal or your kids life.
Recently I bought a poolcover to replace an old one. The proposal i got from Raynercovering was accompanied by a drawing of the cover and straps.
BUT the cover was not made conform drawing, The straps were at the wrong place so the cover coujd not be attached to the existing pool anchors. This made the poolcover totally useless for us. First Raynercovering doubted our claim that the straps were totally placed wrong. After I've send them 38 detailed pictures they agreed.
Instead of making a new on they returned my money.
How much trust do you have in your own company if you refund the money instead of making a cover conform your own specs?
Solution would be: sending me a poolcover with correct location of straps
