Performance-Led Marketing for Clinics Across the UK & Ireland Rayn Marketing is a specialist growth partner for aesthetic, medical and body sculpting clinics across the UK and Ireland. We are the only clinic marketing agency operating on a true £0 retainer model. No monthly fees. No long contracts. No paying for promises. We only get paid when results happen. Our model is built around lead generation, appointment setting and show-up accountability, not vanity metrics. We don’t just generate enquiries and leave clinics to chase them. Our in-house sales team follows up, qualifies leads and books real appointments, ensuring clinics only invest in leads that actually show up. What makes Rayn different: • £0 retainer, performance-only model • Specialised exclusively in clinics • In-house appointment setting team • Deposit-first booking systems to reduce no-shows • Proven frameworks for body sculpting, skin, injectables and advanced treatments • Full visibility on leads, bookings and outcomes We focus on profitability, not just leads, helping clinics scale sustainably without wasting ad spend or hiring internal sales teams. Rayn Marketing is trusted by clinics who want growth without risk, clarity without complexity, and results without excuses. If your clinic is ready to stop paying retainers and start paying for performance, Rayn is built for you.

The best ads managers I’ve ever used

Rayn are like no marketing agency I’ve used before, they actually get results with a fair business model that doesn’t end up costing me more than they book in! I’m so pleased I trusted them with my business. All the staff are so friendly and regularly check in with me even just to say good morning, these little touches make all the difference. I’m so very grateful to them. It’s very difficult to trust an ads company particularly when your business is short on cash flow but these guys deserve the trust and have transformed my business.
