Will never use Ray Padula again

I ordered two sprinklers from Ray Padula because I thought they would do a nice job with a grass seeding project I had. This was on August 18th. I needed to seed no later than September 8th. Long story short, The sprinklers came almost two months after ordering. While they may be fine, I will never know because they arrived so late that they were of no use.

I tried in vain to contact Ray Padula to get updates and to then cancel when no updates were forthcoming. I could never get delivery updates from Ray Padula, and I tried reaching out to Ray Padula twice to cancel since I had to buy other sprinklers from another company due to unknown delivery times from Ray Padula. Never got any response from Ray Padula. Horrible.

Got product now that I no longer need, but I don't trust a return process would work either given how unresponsive Ray Padula was. So they will sit in their unopened shipping box. What a waste. Don't use Ray Padula.

no customer service

I sent the claims online for garden hose 3 times with no answer , when call the company says all agents are busy , leave a message, when get to the point to leave message you get "sorry the mailbox is full"
