Order never delivered
The order of a customised sample kit was never delivered. The Razor Club changed the shipping method from tracked to untracked with no prior notification to me (even though I had paid the fees for a tracked shipment). As a result, the order was lost. Simply unacceptable.

You informed us about the shipping method issue, and we immediately refunded the full shipping fees.
You later told us the parcel had not yet arrived, and we refunded the entire order without hesitation.
As explained by email, shipments to Australia can occasionally experience delays, especially for very small, letter-sized orders such as yours, which contained only 5 razor blades. This type of item is handled differently by postal systems and may be subject to additional delays.
Considering that you have already received both refunds and that we acted promptly each time, we do not believe this situation justifies a 1-star review.
If this experience is still considered “unacceptable”, then it may indeed be better to purchase elsewhere in the future.

Very good prices, got my previous orders delivered in about 10 to 14 working days after ordering. Repeat customer. The only downside that has nothing to do with the RBC, are the import customs duties added once received at the Canada customs center. Overall, I highly recommend this vendor without hesitation.

They are a great company
They are a great company, good prices and they do reply to emails very quickly.
My only issue was that I did not do my research and was not aware they are not based in the UK so the delivery time frame was not what I was hoping for.
Overall I got my feather razor and blades and its from an independent shop rather than Amazon. Happy here.

IS Razor Blade Club going downhill?
I put in several orders from RBC in the last few years and was always more than happy with the whole experience. Not this time. The outer box arrived in perfect condition. Inside was a different story. I had ordered two hundred Minora blades and 200 Viking Sword blades, 30 each of Russian made Astra and Nacets. The tucks were all loose with the cardboard holders in the box empty. Several of the tucks were opened and empty with the loose blades all over the place. Almost like RBC got rid of all their damaged packages/tucks in my order. I am a person that likes everything near and tidy, this wasn’t it. The blades themselves look good.

Packaging could be better
The packaging was smashed from the sides and it seemed like some blades could have been damaged during shipping. Previously I received the blade pack in cardboard box, this time it was in a mailing envelope which is not protective. Please use rigid cardboard boxes for shipping. Have not tried the blades yet, price was good though. Thanks!

Unfortunately, during international shipping, it can sometimes happen that the small boxes get slightly squashed, even though we use padded bubble mailers that usually provide an adequate level of protection.
In any case, minor damage to the boxes does not affect the blades themselves or their performance during shaving, which is their primary purpose.
If the blades are purchased for collection purposes, we kindly ask customers to let us know before placing the order so that we can ship them in a rigid container.
From our point of view, this review is not entirely fair — we’ve been shipping this way for years, and our packaging method has proven reliable. We don’t plan to change it, as rigid boxes can make letterbox delivery more difficult.
We’d therefore appreciate it if you could consider updating your review.

Great Shaving Kits for the Price
Let me start this review by pointing out the obvious, I'm very new to shaving. The first and last time I tried shaving was with a group used disposable Gillette. But, that experience got pique my curiosity, that curiosity led me to safety razors. At first, I was overwhelmed with choices. What razor? What blade? Domestic or Import? Then I found Razor Blades Club. I looked at their catalogue and was surprised at their price. I scoured the internet, and was surprised at the praise given to RBC and the brands they chose to display. And so, I decided to buy their “Caesar” shaving kit, but I was worried about shipping. But, it turns out they offer free worldwide shipping! Bought it after some deliberation, and waited for weeks (Close to a month) until it finally arrived (I live in Asia after all). Took it out for a spin and decided to use Derby Extra (One of the 4 blades that comes with the kit). It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, no cuts, no nicks, no injury or anything! (Even though I lack the foresight of buying shaving cream/soap, and dry shaved due to impatientness). Haven't tried the other blades yet, I love the beauty of having 4 beginner friend blades to try. Have and would recommend this website to friends. Tysm RBC for kick-starting my journey.

They were very fast in answering any questions we had, and they also prepared the shipping in record time despite being a weekend.
Prices may not be the lowest but they are still decent, and you may choose blades by the manufacturer/country of origin, which is something that some resellers are missing.
