Nathan and the team at RB Collection are the best in the business. I use the team to book all my holidays and have passed their details to numerous friends who have bee equally impressed.

From advise to price they never let me down with trips to Barbados, Tenerife and Crete to name a few, we love the no hassle VIP experience.

The team at RB Collection simply take the stress out of holiday planning.
We weren't sure what benefits an independent agent would offer but we wouldn't go back to the old days!
Every aspect of our trips has been thought through and based on client preference rather than agent convenience.
Excellent service from everyone at RB at every stage with special mention for Sam whose advice and recommendations have always been first class. When someone else has additional experience of a region, resort or hotel, you get full-team support.

We have had several trips organised by RB Collection, both short and long haul and by sea,river and land. We have had an amazing time on all of them. Oliver, Kayleigh and Clare have such a wide range of knowledge and always listen to what we want from our trips, which makes planning so enjoyable. Their care and attention to detail gives us much confidence when we are away and we always know they are there for us should we need to contact them. We look forward to many more trips planned with RB.

The staff at RB go out of their way to assist in all stages of the holiday. They communicate brilliantly - if our main person of contact is unavailable - the notes and handovers that they make, mean that it is impossible to discern any break in service - it's always smooth, seamless and they ALWAYS know what's going on with the booking in question.

From planning : We have always known where we want to go - but have relied upon the team's expert knowledge to book a holiday that suits our personal needs - this includes travel days / accommodation / tours / guides (specific to task - usually photography in our case) / health awareness & restrictions.

We used to book our holidays by ourselves - never having a glitch too - but our recent trips have been more niche holidays - the Ice Hotel in Sweden - a Kenyan safari (I had though Tanzania - but after discussion, the suggestion of Kenya was a far superior option in retrospect - thank you Nathan!)- a twin location holiday in Istanbul and Capadoccia (for a hot air balloon experience).

All three locations justified RB's involvement - The Ice Hotel tours were not all hotel based and those (5*) external tour that we took would have been invisible to us had I been booking things.

The Kenyan safari was second to none - the multi-location trip was smooth and trouble free - again - there was no way I could have arranged for all of this myself.

The Istanbul / Capadoccia trip saw us enjoy a balloon trip that was smoothly coordinated and 100% safe - the airmanship (I have experience) was second to none - and had I booked myself - it would've been a safety lottery.

On two occasions I had contact whilst on holiday with RB using WhatsApp. Firstly they contacted me to advise of essential info ref a return flight change and the second time was my contacting them (WhatsApp) to clarify a local time detail for pick up. Both episodes were dealt with immediately, efficiently and made things seamless.

In summary, I recommend RB Collection wholeheartedly and we will continue to enjoy working with them to make our adventures a reality.

RB Collection are our No1 choice for holidays, their world knowledge is phenomenal as is their attention to detail. Nathan is so patient and understanding of our needs and always goes above and beyond which is so reassuring. You can be sure if there are any prestigious travel agency award ceremonies occurring that RB Collection will be there picking up a trophy or two. I can’t speak highly enough of this amazing, hard working team who deserve every success and accolade.

Our RB Collection trip to Chile in October 2025 was spectacular in every way. We covered the whole range of experiences from the Atacama Desert in the north to the Wine Region near Santiago, to the Lake District and finally to Patagonia. We felt we really got to experience the gamut of what Chile has to offer in terms of scenery, culture, wildlife, and more. The accommodations and meals, flight arrangements and guiding, were all immaculate, thanks to Nathan and Oliver's expertise and attention to detail.
RB Collection has just arranged our next trip to Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands, and we can hardly wait! Again, Oliver's detailed knowledge of the destination and of our individual preferences is a major advantage. This promises to be a trip of a lifetime.

Oliver has this amazing ability to know what we would enjoy, which is why I've already booked my next trip with RB! To the Carribbean we go in November!! 🥳

We have booked with RB for many years. We have booked a variety of holidays from cruises to touring holidays. They have always provided excellent service with real attention to the details. They take time to get to know their customers and with us have, on occasions, suggested changes to the holiday that have proved to be better than we were considering. A hotel in LA comes to mind. We are Regent cruise line fans but on RBs recommendation on this occasion we tried the Explora cruise line and had a fabulous holiday.

RBC could easily stand for Really Brilliant Collective. Their expertise is second to none and the whole team have managed to get the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness; been with them since we move into Lichfield and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for our travel needs .

We have been using RB Collection for a number of years now. Oliver, Kayleigh and the team have this special ability to answer our questions before they are asked, present such special trips that always seem to surpass the last and never bring us problems just solutions when airlines or hotels play silly beggars.
