the website works properly, but the lack of interest in helping out those who got punished in even UNDERSTANDING what they've done is a huge letdown. If the mods introduced a way to either spend these punishments to then be let free or at least a way to know what you've done I'd up my rating.

Garbage you get banned and can’t appeal even for the most stupidest reason it’s not even banned for like a couple mins or a day it’s forever ban and you can get it by saying or doing something everyone else does and they don’t get banned, moderation is worse than Roblox!
