RCD of Heath, Ohio - you gotta do better.
RCD of Heath Ohio had my brand new Brinkley 3515 for 2 months to repair the electric in the bathroom and bedroom and to fix a variety of Factory related issues. A walk through was conducted. Unfortunately, they did not repair the electric in the closet that is located in the bedroom or the back screen door which was identified as bent and non functional. I have to return it again to have both repaired. The drive is nearly two hours away. I need my camper for a month long trip. They won’t provide an eta. 06/14 - 08/13 dates kept the 1st time around. RCD won’t pay for mileage. Buyers - if you need a repair ……. document, document, document and if necessary escalate to the manufacturer. The folks here are nice but accountability is lacking.
