I ordered a slushy machine $120 withdrawn from my account straight away no machine nothing how do you get in contact with these fraudulent places. They still advertise on face book

Well, the one star is that the cooler arrived!!
Have done done everything correct, but the switch won’t switch it in ….. switch doesn’t move.
Put in the 300mls of water, which leaked out of the bottom.
Sent an email. Got a message back that it cannot be delivered.
I would like my money back please, unless you can send a working cooler!!
Can’t afford to buy things that do not work, without any way of contacting

We tried to order one massage gun and were billed for 4. Within a few minutes of ordering online we tried to contact them to cancel.Three people hung up on us and the 4th answered and said he would check and email us the response. The response was that it was not possible to cancel. We were told to return the products! That was October 9 of 2025. October 22 the package arrived. So, we immediately called and emailed to find out where to return them. They told us they would give us 25 % of our money back and then 50% and finally 75% but we should keep them.They refuse to give us a return address!!!! We are continuing to dispute the charges and return the items.

I am a pensioner and I only purchased one of these new beautiful Air Cooler Fans it said $50.00 so I paid for one they proceeded to take out $ 76.88 then another amount $ 88.74 I never ordered more

Its all a big scam shame on you as a company I tried to stop the order within 15 min when I saw this and then I spent 1 hr getting my bank to stop this payment for these orders Now I am dealing with two cases with my bank wasting more of my time for what I see as a scam Shame on your company

Bought a aircon unit which was meant to be $76 and they took $116 from bank, nothing arrived. No customer service, no evidence or confirmation of purchase. Scam scam scam

My wife ordered one product and received THREE. When I emailed them to get a return address (for all three items), they kept offering me discounts (up to 75% ), but would not give me a return address. Finally, after four emails (with threats) they finally sent me the address. I had to pay for the return of all three items, but it's done! -I wanted to buy a good quality handheld vacuum cleaner for use in my home as well as my car
-I searched Google for all the different products and sellers
-I decided to buy from this seller based on the product description, the image and their website
- I paid just over £80.00 so I expected a quality product
- the order confirmation e-mails came from dustaclean domain
-Received goods more than a month after purchase, and only when I requested info about why I had not yet had delivery

-product received did not match image - it was tiny, was of inferior quality (cheap knockoff springs to mind), can only be plugged into car USB, and was not NEW - packaging looked USED

The so say amazing fan worth £250 I bought for £50 plus when it auto took del plus so say £10 warranty fee it's over £75. To receive something so China cheap even find better on Amazon for £20! It's all a scam. Their customer service is ridiculous, offering me 25% refund for a damage faulty unusable item. What's the warranty for! Scammers company. I'm surprised I even received a fan. Don't be conned by YouTube marketing vids, esp the cooling fan! Its cheap crud and arrives faulty. Definitely not amazing. Stay clear of their offers.

Supporting companies like YouTube and other platforms allowing scammers advertising and conning innocent buyers should be held responsible also

Places an order July 22 and have still not received the cleaning products which cost £69.00. Total fraud. Should have read the reviews first. This company should be closed down.

Placed an order on July 14 2025, never got a response to the order but the for sure charged my card. On July 17th I filed a fraud complaint with my card company and got a conditional refund until they finish their investigation. As of July 21st still no contact from the seller. So- Rchshopperoc, cancel my order.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. They withdrew an extra $10 from my account without authorization. I paid $89.39 for a small device marketed as a "Tesla heater," which appears to be worth no more than $10. The online advertisement was highly misleading and did not reflect the actual product received. Additionally, the item does not meet Australian standards and seems to be of questionable quality. Overall, this company operates in a very dodgy manner

Unfortunatelly the product review for the GPS trackers I purchased was excellent and I didn't check reviews for the shipper. This company seems to be a scam. I made one purchase for a 4 set tracker package, but had two charges made to my account. I recieved no confirmation email and when I attempted to contact the company through their support email, the email bounced back.

I have recieved no confirmation, no receipt and no product. I advise you DO NOT use this vendor. They do not exist.

RCh shopper needs to take care of customer complaints.

I never got my order plus they took too much money from my account and are repeatedly taking more money out all the time.. total rip off.. I am a cancer patient and was trying to order a tv ariel because I am in bed so much and unable to get up.. I have messaged them several times but they just ignore me.. they disgust me and have almost emptied my account.. I am so sad and too poorly to do much about it

i purchased cleaning product on April 6, in $ 69.90 and 25.98, there were no email confirm the my orders, how ever my credit car was charged already, i did not received product at all.
