We are Specialist Residential & Commercial Property Surveyors and Valuers. Our team has over 50 years combined experience within the South Wales & Southwest property markets. Offering a professional and detailed service to all our clients we are also RICS Registered Valuers and RICS regulated ensuring we work to the highest professional standards. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY Why do you need an RICS Home Survey? Because forewarned is forearmed. Choosing the right survey will help highlight any serious problems and advise you of the specific risks before you commit to the process of buying or selling a property. RICS has three different levels of survey. These can only be conducted by an RICS qualified surveyor. Reliable and cost effective, these reports carry the full weight of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – the industry’s most respected authority on surveying. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY Commercial property valuations and surveys help you understand both the value and condition of your property. A valuation determines what the property is worth based on its location, size, and market potential. A survey looks at the building’s structure and highlights any issues or repairs that may be needed. Together, they give a clear picture of your property’s overall health and financial standing. This information is essential for making confident investment, purchase, or leasing decisions for buyers, investors and lenders.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RCRS Group Limited.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say how impressed we have been with RCRS Group Limited, and particularly Lee and Tim.
They have both been absolutely fantastic to work with. Their knowledge and expertise in relation to building matters and valuations have been invaluable to us, but just as importantly, they are both incredibly approachable, helpful and straightforward to deal with.
It is refreshing to work with people you can trust to give you sound, professional and honest advice when you need it. We genuinely appreciate the relationship we have developed with Lee and Tim and look forward to continuing to work together.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RCRS Group Limited.
