Amazing Service by Amazing Human!

I travelled to Osorno earlier this year and met Roberto at the airport. He spoke fantastic English which was great for foreign English speaking travellers like myself. He helped me get where I needed to go in Osorno and back and told me to message him any time day or night as he wanted to ensure my safety within the city. His demeanour was very kind and respectful and I feel like if I had asked him he would have given me the shirt off his back. Amazing service by an amazing human!

Tremendous experience

Tremendous experience. My wife and I had our flight canceled in Osorno and needed to make our connecting flight in Santiago that evening. Roberto was one of the only English speakers at the airport and helped us navigate this situation. He helped with booking another flight at a different airport and getting us there in plenty of time to make our connection. I HIGHLY recommend RCTravel to anyone who needs a ride, travel advice, or just good conversation.
