Highly Disappointed: Unacceptable Support for a Faulty New Device
As a loyal, long-term customer of RCUK, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received recently.
I purchased a brand-new phone at the Hillwood branch, which unfortunately turned out to be completely faulty right out of the box. Despite my history with the company, the post-purchase support has been non-existent.
Here is what I have attempted so far to resolve this:
Phone Calls: Multiple attempts with no resolution.
Emails: Still waiting for response.
In-Store Visits: I have physically gone to both the Hillwood and Stamford Hill branches, yet I am still left with a broken device and no solution.
I am not asking for special treatment—just the basic customer support that any client deserves, especially a returning one. Leaving a loyal customer stranded with a defective product is not the standard I expected from RCUK.
I expect management to contact me immediately to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Great service all round. YY from the Stamford Hill branch was extremely helpful and made the upgrade process smooth and stressfree, he was very easy to deal with. I also want to mention Martin from the Golders Green branch, who was very friendly and honest. Would recommend!
