Great Job
The installers were quick, efficient and cleaned the floor very well between the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new carpet. Both my wife and I love walking on our new carpet. Take your shoes off, though!

The installer was great
The installer was great. It was completed fast and left everything clean.
The gal who sold us the carpet said the store would give us $100 gift card . The gift card came but was only $50.
Still waiting to receive a gift card from the carpet company!!!

Confirmed a delivery time the evening before. The next day the time was changed to a completely different time of the day, interfering with my plans. Later the driver showed up, dropped it in the garage, I asked he told the old one away, he responded, “No drop off only.” We have purchased from RC Wiley for our home, business, and rentals, my husband was under the impression we had the service membership. I just had spinal surgery and couldn't help. RCWiley was quick to change our scheduled delivery, but NOT quick to offer customer service and take the appliance.Maybe we need to shop elsewhere??

Your guys didn’t come on the day they were supposed but didn’t call me to tell me they needed to reschedule. I had to call in to ask where the installers were and then wait on hold for a long time before they came back telling me the installers couldn’t make it. They came the next day but there are still corners that need to be put down right.

Good place to get furniture
I was impressed with RC Wiley because the first sofa I picked out I did rather quickly and did not try out a lot of them. When it was in my home I found I did not like it. It was not comfortable at all. Sadly most sofas in my price range were not terribly comfortable but I did find one I liked. The offer one time reelection and I was able to get the sofa I liked delivered ( it was hard to find the right account as I had 2 but they did it) and they switched the sofa out with the one I didn’t like and there was no charge. I thought there would be a restocking fee or I’d have to find a truck and take the first one back but no. I thought that was pretty awesome. Also the sales lady told me if I just wasn’t loving the new one to let them know and they would try to help. I do quite like the one I selected though. It feels fairly comfortable already (I understand it needs to be broken in). I like the new color as well. I will use rc Willy again when I want to add pieces to my sofa. shout out to Keri, my salesperson who was super helpful without being at all pushy.
