Ordered almost three weeks ago and have still not received my merchandise after three trips in to pick up the product and have no answers to where it is or when it will be here. Also have contacted customer service and was told I would receive a call back each time and have not received a single call back.

Service was decent in terms of how quickly it took them to pull my appliance (dish washer). The only issue I had was the tech that delivered it curbside to my vehicle said I needed additional parts..... I asked him what I needed and if I could buy them there and he said yes but then didn't know and couldn't tell me what parts I needed.... He even tried to look them up on the website and couldn't find the parts I needed. He then just told me to go to Home Depot or Lowe's to buy the parts I needed....Seemed odd to tell me to go buy parts from a competitor but that's exactly what I did due to his inability to tell me what parts I needed.

I have had to call Customer Service five times, since February 10th, to inquire about getting the half back amount that I paid for my warranty since it is now expired. I have talked to Shannon, Sarah, and Amanda. Sarah was supposed to call me back, but did not. Amanda said she would call me back that day but did not. She was working with her supervisor to figure out some kind of glitch in the system. When I called the next day, she was again supposed to call me back but has not. Unresolved. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The headboard is not the same as we ordered. It should be curved on top but that one was straight one. It looks the same but still not what we ordered. We already assembled it when we noticed. Not happy customer.

I recently purchased a dining table from RC Willey, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! JC Christensen was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect table that matched my style and budget.

JC’s knowledge about the products and his attention to detail were impressive. He made sure the process was smooth, from selecting the table to arranging delivery. The table itself is high-quality and exactly what I needed for my space.

I highly recommend RC Willey and especially JC Christensen for anyone looking for great service and beautiful furniture!

Your representatives in Orem were very helpful even though the item said it was there and wasn't they offered to help get it shipped to South Salt Lake the next day. However the next day I called Will Call in South Salt Lake at 10:05 am and someone there said the item was there. So I drove from West Jordan only to find out it was not there. The problem was the Will Call employees were not very helpful and didn't seem to care that I drove all that way and brushed me off. I was very unhappy. I went up to the office and luckily I met Michael and was more than helpful. If it wasn't for him and your staff in the office I would have considered rating this a lot lower, if not all together reconsider working with your company. Michael was amazing, he offered to track down where the item was, call me once he got word, and offered me solutions. I was so pleased how quickly he got back to me and the entire staff in the cashier/customer service office were so pleasant a vast difference from Will Call. I was able to go to the warehouse and get my item because of Michael and was very pleased.
