We have always had a quality experience over our 15(ish) year history of carpet, furniture and appliance purchases, but our most recent purchase of a dishwasher went above and beyond.

We always see Jamie in your Summerlin store for our appliances, and over the years he has been the most helpful and thoughtful client representative ever. He points us in the right direction for an appliance that will work within our budget, which is imported to our needs.

Most recently, there was a wiggle in receiving a $50.00 rebate. He understood the problem, and handled it very quickly! We couldn’t be happier with Jamie..

We will always come back as RC Willey customers!

The fact we couldn't get a credit increase to purchase a laundry center unit was disheartening and RC Willey lost out on a $1600 sale

This is my first time ever purchasing from RC Willey. It’s actually my mom’s favorite furniture store. So when I told her I was looking for a new couch, she sent me here. This was after shopping at several other furniture stores that didn’t have what I wanted in stock that would actually fit my budget.
Michael (the salesman) was very helpful. I told him I was on a deadline and I needed my sectional before leaving town. He helped me to apply for a 12month no interest account and also the Blue Rewards delivery. This is the best delivery out of all the furniture stores I went to. They don’t contract their delivery people, they have their own employees. Blue Rewards delivery is only $99 but they take off $75 for your first purchase (so delivery came out to only $24 and it’s good for a year)! My sectional came in 4 days because they had it in stock. The delivery process was quick and they text you the day prior and the day of so you can track exactly where it is. The delivery guys set up my sectional in my living room and took away all the packaging. I love it!! I will shop RC Willey again with my Blue Rewards delivery.

We placed an order for the newest Electrolux washer and dryer after doing our research and the best price was at RC Willey. We scheduled delivery for October 28th. Issue with condition of washer and missing a pedestal. Had between 5&6 different delivery dates and attempts for various issues. On November 21st finally fed up with the process and receiving washers not in “showroom” quality, we decided to keep the one that was last delivered and asked the sales person for a discount (have photos of each delivery attempt) The issue was with the Electrolux company sending washers in boxes with water stains on the front of their washing machines. We spent over $3000.00 and expected to receive the items in “showroom” quality but that never happened. I understand it was a manufacture issue and our salesperson said he would continue to have them redeliver until it was right but after the 6th attempted delivery to receive the same thing over and over again, we just decided to settle with the last one we received.

I did an online order so I showed up to the local showroom to pick up the receivers did great brought me out my items at a decent amount of time. No complaints.

I purchased 2 Laz-Boy couches and one had a damage on one of the armrest.
They picked it up as promised and replaced it the same day. Also, I paid a Black Friday discount for both couches and 10 days later the same couches were on sale for a lot less thru a Laz-Boy promotion.
I took the email to RC Willey and they honored the sale price offered thru Laz-Boy.

Francisco and his associate were great. They worked fast and hard and made sure everything was working, connected properly, and not leaking. Purchased a new LG washer and dryer

Found item wanted online. Ordered on Sunday and picked Monday. Price was same as other stores but they didn’t have any in stock. In store pick up was a little confusing

Poor customer service

Love RC Willey. Wish we had one in my
Town but I’m always able to have them deliver and this time I ordered online instead of going into a store!

My salesman Fred was outstanding. Very informative and helpful. When the measuring was done it was timely and thorough. The only glitch was that I was expecting the installer to put transitional wood pieces between the carpet and the tile and he wasn't prepared to do that. It was obvious to me that this was required as the other places where it had already been done was clearly there. I had to hire another installer to finish the work that should have been included. When I talked to the RC Willey person during the install I was pretty much blown off. Bad customer service.
