Purchased Crashbars for motorcycle.
Got some initial issues on my side, but all was sorted with help from RD Moto Suppor.
Prices are displayed without VAT and Shipping.
Only downside was time to reply, but it was not a huge issue for me. A small company cannot reply to everybody in time.

Crashbars received = great quality. Then like others, a bill arrived for additional 40% for VAT, duty and delivery - when the ebay offer included VAT and delivery. RD Moto didn't want to help. Summary - good product, tragic customer service. Avoid.
Item took almost 2 months to arrive after several emails, then I received a bill for £60 for shipping outside of the UK which they failed to mention on the website. Stay well clear!!!
The worse company to deal with no communication and fail to tell you the price for delivery doesn't include vat tax for shipping outside Europe.wouks recommended this company to anyone stay clear
Really bad customer service, bought some items and after 50 days they got returned to them by the courrier, never got to destination. Sent them several emails to no avail, asked for a refund to no avail. Paypal is reviewing the claim i opened now. Glad i used Paypal because paying via credit card could result worse. Their answer to Paypal was to send the tracking number nothing else. They took a long time to dispatch the shipment also.
