I have been in the area for over 30 years and have seen the transformation of this place over the years. The stand out factor at Bracknell is the Staff. Every time I’ve visited they have been courteous, helpful and generally excellent. The company is only as good as its employees and these guys are top notch.

The young man (with teeth braces) who proactively helped me with a lot of cardboard out of my car, was smiling and charming. (13 Jan 26) I would like to recommend him to his company.

Three other men were miserable, and, I know it was pouring with rain, but really they didn't have to be so awful. There are lots of lovely people helping there generally.

Just been to Bracknell tip .Lovely staff, I particularly liked the proactive approach of Lee who was polite and courteous, and unasked, helped me with my green refuse

Just been to the Bracknell recycling depot and I have to say what brilliant customer service I received from many of the people - but especially Simon. He saw me struggling with my old broken garden waste bin and sorted it out for me without me even asking. Top man and top site. Steve.

I booked for Reading by mistake, so they wouldn't let me in even though it wasn't busy, only an old carpet to drop. Why do I pay £300 pounds a month?
The staff enjoy the power and control over the public.

I am moving out of Bracknell after many years and used the ‘Dump’ a lot the last few weeks as I cleared my house. My late Father-in-Law always said that the Dump was Bracknell’s best amenity. I agree with him. It always seems to be open. On-line booking is easy and you can get a slot within a few hours. The Check-in Man is efficient if you have your ID ready. Once you are aware of how the Dump is laid out it is really easy to pack your car order to methodically unload. The opportunities for reuse and recycling are various and gratifying. The staff are helpful in directing you to the appropriate place for your waste and will help with awkward loads. Well done to all at Bracknell ‘Dump’.

Bracknell Recycling Centre/ Longshot Lane, RG12 1RL - I booked a time slot the night before but for whatever reason it failed and I only learned this when I turned up the following day. The staff at the entrance checking for the booking reference told me I should do it again so I parked and booked. I went back to tell him the reference number but was told to give it to another staff which is fine by me except his attitude towards me was very abrupt, loud and rude! If any of the management will read this review please note: your staff needs more training when talking and dealing with the public. It happened on 10/04/2024 at 10:30 am and whoever was on duty that day at the entrance gate should be thought manners!!!

I am a regular user of Bracknell Refuse in Longshot Lane that is managed by RE3. Since the booking facility was introduced it has been so easy to book my slot (often on the day) and receive excellent service from all the staff to get rid of the rubbish and waste, often with an employee stopping to help if it is a large item.

Well done for excellent service

When we need them the most, its when they fail. Was moving house and had to dump lose furniture and bulk objects.
With the excuse of covid and the appointment scheme, they were not able to understand the need and accommodate an exception, considering that I did not know about the limitations and had only 3 days to return the keys and a rented Van.
Not even a few calls and begging. Had to spend over 200 pounds to hire a private company.
