Cancelling the subscription
I signed up for a 7‑day free trial on 03/03/2026 and had an introductory call on 05/03/2026. On 10/03/2026, the full subscription charge was applied as expected.
Afterwards, I attempted to cancel the subscription but could not find any cancellation option within the platform or on the company’s website. I contacted the representative I spoke with on 16/03/2026 via LinkedIn and followed up on 17/03/2026, but received no response. I also sent a message to the company’s LinkedIn page on 17/03/2026, again with no reply.
As of now, I have not been able to cancel the subscription or obtain an invoice.
