If I could give no stars I would. My husband took out subscription end of October - the first week, delivery was after 12 Noon and 1 day didn't come at all. No paper on 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th November. It is impossible to contact them, probably due to their awful service and no one ever calls you back. Direct Debit cancelled. Avoid at all costs.

I had a fixed direct debit per month to receive a newspaper delivery every day, on the consecutive months the direct debit increased by 10% and came out of my bank without any explanation what so ever, so I contacted them numerous times for them to explain why but I've still not had a reply!! I'm baffled how they can operate a business like this, that couldn't care less about the customers! There were numerous missed deliveries also, and when I called customer services they said that they had a notification of delivery, so someone is lying somewhere. I asked them to explain why they overcharged but they couldn't talk about it and would have to be transferred, after an hour of waiting, the phone just randomly hung up. I'm Extremely frustrated with the service and cancelled immediately

One delivery of Surrey Advertiser crumpled then none for 2 weeks after subscribing. We then cancelled the subscription.

Missing deliveries on occasions Atrocious customer service - hanging on for 50 minutes one day only to be fobbed off.

Contacted them via email over a separate subs issue. Was told I could not have any of the new offers as I had taken them out 'Numerous' times (I have taken 2 in 3 years!) and my address had been blocked!! Made to feel like I was some sort of criminal by an abrupt sales person. Needless to say I have now cancelled and won't be using again

unreliable service. Nans had a subscription for 3 months and at least once a week there is an issue with either wrong paper or delivered to wrong address. customer service is useless and gives all the usualy fob offs. avoid at all costs.

Have had a daily delivery for my father since July (7 days a week), and they haven't once delivered for a full 7 days! 2 or 3 times a week the newspaper just isn't delivered. I emailed their customer services over a month ago and didn't receive a response. Chased last week, still no response. Hold on phone for ages and they never answer.
