Offline a lot. Being looked at?

So It takes a bit to set up but once it is set up it works exactly how i want it... Except for when it's offline which since my server has gone active (5 days ago) has been probably 3 days worth and i have to manually assign people roles. Since my entire discord is hidden to @everyone the roles are vital for my servers growth since i run a Pug Raid server and host frequently I'm wasting more time now manually assigning roles than I did to set up the Bot itself. Is this something that is being looked at? Would love to see this online more frequently as my server is already passing 300 members and growing faster. Would hate to have to set up a new bot that's more reliable I think that would basically ruin the principle of why i set it up. Would love some feedback thanks

It works ok

It works ok, but after the roles it tells you to vote to get more, but then when you vote and do it three more times it tells you to vote again. Then when you go to vote, it says wait 12 hours. The only way to fix is to buy it, and i dont reccomend

Reaction role

Reaction role - more like offline role

I can't count how many times this bot has messed up my community, Constantly going offline for hours then comes back up for 20 seconds and goes offline again, But before the outage they decided to release some version 2 or some crap and removed the invite from the site which was pointless, Then they've been working on "v2" for ages now and don't keep you up to date other than posting on subreddit little updates, People are forced to go find the invite to keep using the bot which the invite for v1 was uploaded to yt and stuff so removing it from the main site achieved what? The bot used to be good but now i've actually banned it from my server and won't ever use the bot again or any bots these "developers" make, Using a new bot that's online 24/7 and gives roles when they "react" kinda similar to what "reaction" cough offline role bot does

Update: Our staff team decided to add it back because they heard it was fixed and when we invited it was online so we were like okay great. Then like 2 hour later we have over 70+ people without roles sat reacting to posts and nothing happens and surprise surprise the bot is offline, We lost a bunch of new people and got reviews about how "poor our validation system is" When in reality it all comes down to offline role sorry i meant reaction role being complete garbage and i banned it and it will never be unbanned, Why anyone donates to them monthly is beyond me, They cant even keep the bot up for 24 hours straight and they blame discord for it being down? Well whys every other bot working but yours? Hmmm, Clearly you just cant make bots and anyone who supports these "developers" and pays for a bot that don't work is dumb.
