Piss poor service. They misunderstood my instructions and rather than check with me (as the rep said, "they were confused"), they went ahead and wasted 80 euro on running order cards just in time for my wedding day. I will not be recommending them to people.

I went to Reads in abbey street for a very large vinyl Zebra head to decorate my car for a road trip to Goodwood motor racing event. The job was fast , designed well, and not expensive. The car looked brilliant and drew a lot of admiration. Easy to put on and easier to remove. Thanks to Tatyana for her professionalism and assistance. Good Job!

I got 10 lapel badges made with a design I sent them & they were absolute useless. They looked like a classroom project made by 5 year old kids. The emblems were off centre, the print was not clear & some of the wording went round the back of the badge. They also did not come cheap at over €40 for the 10 badges with shipping etc. Thankfully I only ordered this sample batch & not the full quantity we required. It actually looked like they printed the emblem for the larger 58mm badge & put them on the 44mm badge I ordered. Anyway folks, I rarely order from local business & this is the reason why. I've now placed another order with a UK firm - a bit more expensive but I'm willing to pay for the right product.

Disastrous change for the worst. The shop in Abbey street do not have chairs or stool to sit while you use their computers to work and that for how low the tables are make it impossible to use for more then a couple of minutes. They also have no in locus printing facilities because you need to walk to the next reads 6 doors away and is so silly since they do have the space but probably do not want the clients anymore. The shop in sandyford has now changed the closing time to 4.50 and in top of that they have a new rule of minimum spending 35€.. when I asked how many black and white pages A4 would that be I was told that I need to email them for a quote! They were not sure how much a black and white page print is due to not sure how many pages I needed to print as the price change depends how many copies I needed??? Never again

I used to order there my business cards when I put my feets into business. Irish lad who look after me give me a lot of support and advice and when leaving he said you deserve the best!

Now I got only smirk smile from Brazilian staff.

What's hapenned to READS wrong?

I recently ordered a custom print from Reads and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. My issue was not with the fact that my original photo wasn’t perfect — I fully understood that. The problem was the complete lack of guidance, communication, and professional advice from the staff.

At no stage was I shown how my photo would sit in the frame, advised that a smaller size would produce a better result, or warned that the person in the image would not be centered properly. I was never given a proper preview or explanation of how the final product would look. Instead, I was simply asked if I wanted to “proceed,” without any expert input or recommendations that a printing service should normally provide.

The final print I received looks poorly positioned and does not meet the standard I expected, especially for the amount of money I paid. When I raised my concerns, the response I received was dismissive and ignored the core issue: the lack of professionalism and failure to advise the customer properly.

A printing company should care about helping customers achieve the best possible result, not just pushing ahead with the largest frame or most expensive option without offering guidance. Unfortunately, that was my experience here.

I would not recommend Reads for custom prints, and I hope they improve their customer communication and service in the future.

Ordered a poster, thdy said it will be ready the next day. Came two days later and nobody printed it for some reason. However, they printed it in 20 minutes after I arrived and the manager was helpful. Update: it wasn't ready after 20 minutes.

We brought some artworks to scan and print today to Read.ie and the staff couldn't do it not only on one printing machine but multiple, also one printing machine broke in front of us. We changed staff like socks and nothing worked out for us. We still had to pay for 7 prints.

And there he comes this amazing guy called Colm who is really truly supernaturaly managing the front line of the battlefield as soon as you step into Reads.
And he is doing that for you in a very calm, kind and loving manner. You will not get bored queueing there whilst watching Colm sorting out all the customer care problems in no time and in the most gentle and polite manner.
Of course, there are many other wonderful staff in Reads that I really like also but they interact with you much less because they usually work a bit farther away from the first scenes.
I love Reads but the most important thing is that they have reasonable prices and they do many wonderful things and they can work miracles for you also.
I wish abundant blessings over the staff, management and everything that they do for us!

Bought an A4 size on never tear print paper in September it was 4.13EUR. For the same print today they want 16.86EUR - 4x increase - it is a shame - Complete Rip off -
