Christmas Day disaster with toilet, saved by Chris of RPS what a star Thank You RPS

I had the owner of the company come to my house to provide a quote for some work that needed doing. Even after contacting him more than four times over the phone and lots of emails, i not not receive the quote four months later. Finally after many months more I finally got a quote through the post after making a complaint and was shocked. They wanted over £6,000 for a couple of small jobs in the garden that with another company would have cost under £1,000 Shocked and disgusted at the service. I hope they treat other people with more respect.

Honestly I am very happy with this company.
I am a manager of a local nursery. We wanted a little 'picket' fence added to our 8ft high fence, for an extended garden area and to prevent people dumping their rubbish outside our front door and prevent children when waiting to come into the nursery being near the road when the line is full.
Its gave the whole nursery a very cute 'cottage' look.
I messaged them and within a day they had been and quoted me. They waited patiently whilst i waited for other companies to come provide me quotes as a rule of thumb we get 3 or more. They all said they'd match any other quote lower than there's which was fantastic.
With that we booked them in. They kept in clear communication on me, stating they'd do work w/c 09/03/2020. They came on the 10/03/2020 due to weather issues and put it up within hours and its really stable, solid and good materials clearly used. They even kindly put my brackets up for my hanging baskets, when they didn't need to. Chris even suggested other things we could do to make the area even more homely and garden looking which was very useful.
