Bad. While replacing some wall tiles immediately above my patio door two tiles were dropped which hit against the glass as they fell, leaving several nasty chips and scratches which are very visible and look awful. To cut a long story short, Tommy, after promising to replace the glass, did not turn up and now after many months of being evasive, has gone silent.
Happy to take your money, not happy to come back when there are issues. He's been promising for months he's coming back, now he no longer answers our calls. Not acceptable after spending £30K.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend at all. Tom's Brother, John did some rather irrelevant, low quality work on my roof with the aim of fixing a leak which was unsuccessful and for that he charged me the initially agreed sum £650 stating that I have 25 years warranty. Following attempts to get them to sort out the actual leak proved to be in vain as Tom never showed up the day he was supposed to come for the repair followed by a rescheduling for a much later date and finally by not answering the phone anymore.
Absolutely excellent. They we punctual, tidy and very polite. The roof looks much better, and hasn't leaked even with all the rain we have has since complete - they even made good the room the water was getting in to, which shows they are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Very good value for money. I will be recommending them far and wide.
