Super friendly and helpful guy, and he speaks fluent english. Raise his salary because if one day I start a Register business he’ll be the first one I’m gonna make an offer to work with us!

User friendly Kasse

We just started to use Ready2order Kasse. It is functional and user friendly. The set-up is extremely easy. We had some problems with the hardware delivery which have complicated the whole process, but they did their best to solve this critical issue. Special mention to Aleksandar Davidovic, extremely professional and always willing to help-you sales representative. Thank you Aleks!

Excellent software!
Support could be a little be more pro-active when asking questions (meaning they should provide you with answers and not only refer to their help-website page) but in general it still the best i ever used and had.
Highly recommended.

Good customer service

I was a bit afraid at the beginning and I wanted to use something cheaper for my shop but I don't regret my choice. I received the terminal quickly. I have no experience with this and I thought I would struggle but the the device, the software and the app are easy to set up and to use It is also well explained on the website how to link the system with Finanzamt. I even do everything in German although it is not my mother tongue (but you can set different languages anyway). When I had an issue, the customer service answered quickly at the phone and found a solution even quicker. They can help in english as well. So far, I really can't complain.

I had a question about stock levels

I had a question about stock levels. I asked in the chat for a call and it didn’t take longer than 3 min before a very nice member of the support team called me.

It’s rare I had someone so nice and motivated on a support hotline. He tried his best to find an answer for the settings I wanted. He explained me in detail what I can do, and what’s better not to do. I really hope, for the next time I need support, to get again someone like that!
