Fantastic same day service. Their courier collected my trike from South Wales and delivered to Manchester on the same day following a quick phone call. This was on a bank holiday weekend and the phone was answered quickly and updates sent via WhatsApp. No hassle at all. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Paid a £50 deposit to ReadyBuddyUK. A 30% refund was agreed and promised within 1–2 days due to service was not received what I paid for.
After more than a week, no refund has been received and communication has stopped completely.
This has now been reported to my bank. I would prefer to resolve this directly and will update this review if the refund is completed.
