AVOID USING THIS COMPANY, DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE

Thought I would give this company a try as a change is always good - how wrong was I
I Ordered sunflowers plus chocolates at $120 PLUS delivery for Mum this Mothers Day in NZ from London UK.
Delivery consisted of Gerberas only and no chocolates, very disappointed.
When I contacted them by email I received an email 48hrs later to say Sunflowers were unavailable due to out of season !! They will look into why chocolates were not delivered.

When questioned by email why they listed out of season flowers and then substituted cheaper flowers offering no partial refund they blamed their agent!!!
Still waiting a week later for explanation on chocolate non delivery and refund-not holding my breath!!

This company has no idea of customer service and does not care if things go wrong and certainly do not believe in refunds.

I shall be going back to "Roses are Red" who offer quality products and service with a photo of the flowers delivered by email, oh and free delivery in Auckland area.

SCAM! AVOID!

SHOCKING!
Ordered from this website, paid extra for fast delivery but nothing arrived. Contacted the company for a refund, got a reply saying I will be refunded in 30 days but now nothing, no reply. After searching online I have found a lot of bad reviews and people with similar issues.
AVOID!

Unacceptable. Disappointing to say the least!

Ordered flowers as a birthday gift for a dear friend who lives in Perth (I live in Sydney). One would think that such business that was established in PERTH would especially provide an exemplar service in its own city of origin.

I had been lured. Without any research of this company that I am dealing with I made a purchase, which I admit was my mistake and big one too. I wish, I had found this site sooner and would have gathered what a complete utter disgrace, this company truly is!

Here is my story;

I have place the order at 12pm Sydney time, that is around 9am Perth time; which is well before the time to order, for it to be applicable for the guaranteed same day delivery service. The instructions were simple; flowers were to be delivered to his work place. Done, A$93.00 worth of flowers was spent. Much to my concern after ordering, invoice was not emailed promptly as promised. In addition, website's tracking service is a complete sham. So I then contacted customer service to get an update of my delivery and was told that it had been despatched and it is on its way. Whilst on the phone I also requested for the invoice that has not been send to my email. She confirmed my email address and said 'she will re-send the invoice and I should receive it momentarily'.

So I waited calmly for a few moments, but still no email...

I then arrive home from work, which was around about 6pm (Sydney time and it would've been 3pm Perth time.) I was concerned as I had not heard from my friend, it is supposed to be a surprise, I did not want to ask if he had received the gift yet, my friend is the type that would get on the phone the second he receives a gift from me. But no call at this stage - which got me rather agitated. So I got on the phone with customer service again, and requested an update, also again for the invoice. I had been calm all this time, but the wait and suspense of the thought that the flowers may not be delivered on time is starting to get on my nerves.

The gentlemen this time, had assured me that the flowers are in transit and depending on the schedule of the deliveries, it should arrive in the recipient's hands before 5pm Perth local. He had also fixed my email address, which had been wrongly typed by two separate customer service representatives, and I should now expect an invoice very soon.

Though again, no invoice and still the website's delivery tracking page does nothing!

By this time, it is 8pm Sydney and 5pm Perth time. Still have not heard a word from my friend, and by that time he would have finished work. I then gathered the courage to ask if he had received any flowers whilst at work and just as I had expected, he did not!

Tried calling them, but their office was closed.

I would like to just exclaim, how beyond disappointing this experience have been for me. Words do not comprehend. Those of you who had received flowers and it does not look like the pictures on their website are some of the lucky few. At least you got flowers delivered!! I got nothing.. But money was withdrawn though.

Will definitely get in contact with them again tomorrow, I want answers! I am also entitled to get my money back for a non-existent service! It is daylight robbery, which is all I could say.

I just cannot believe this company is still operating, after hundreds of complaints, plus numerous lawsuits and bad publicity. It is 2013, what ever happened to consumer protection?

Just days leading up to Valentines Day 2013. It's only going to get worst.

Hear me out, loud and clear, speaking on behalf of everyone who had dealt with this company.

Do not purchase anything from ReadyFlowers!

Thanks for nothing.
