The most unreliable delivery system ever. Constantly cancelling and re-scheduling last minute. I've tried various times to see if it'll get better and it's gotten worse

What I like the most was home delivery.
What I did not appreciate was the increasing cost and less count of water bottle per pack. I am used to getting a 40 count as opposed to a 24 count. So I discontinued the service.

Overpriced and unprofessional
Contract started off well, but the salesman that talked me into signing up did lie about many different things. I stayed with them for a few years, but when I cancelled my account in September, they have still repeatedly charged me and still attempt to currently. Their prices are way too high when they are not even maintaining their equipment or picking it up.

Trying to reach Ready Fresh customer service was a total letdown. After endless prompts, no one ever picked up, and then they asked for a survey when I hadn’t even spoken to a real person. Really disappointing service experience.

The best way to receive your natural spring water directly to your home. I'm trying to get my 2-3 liters per day and even for my small family, it's a lot of water to handle from groccery store. So we choose to have Reade Refresh to deliver us 5-gallon bottles once a mont,h and this is super convenient and what's important for me it's natural spring water

Customer service is terrible. You can not get help or clarification on account issues when you need them. They don't show up when they say they will show up and change the date repeatedly. Overall would not recommend them.

I'm getting on this with mixed…
I'm getting on this with mixed feelings. It seems like they really worked on their customer service and everything, but when you had so many bad experiences like we had, it is hard to excuse. First of all I have to say that we were very disappointed when ReadyRefresh was merged with Primo, because we had bad experience with Primo in the past. But they made is very easy to cancel the service. I just went on the live chat. In the past you were only able to cancel by talking to a customer service agent on the phone. I don't know if this is still the case, but the live chat agent made it easy for me. They also send the cancellation confirmation to my email as soon as they sorted everything out. We din't have any empty bottles because of the switch, that made it easier too. But over the time we used ReadyRefresh/Primo we had issues with deliveries, the dispenser (we changed that by getting aown one), customer service (the lady was so bored on the phone, I thought she would fall asleep) and so on... For now we are buying the 5 gallon bottles at the store to avoid all the hassle. I gave it 3 stars because of the convenience and the easy cancellation process, but also only 3 stars of all the trouble we went through over the years.
