Not as satisfied with Ready Refresh yet as I was with Primo. Since they bought Krystal Springs, the delivery time is unreliable at times but the customer service is good.

The Worst

Ready Fresh took over my water company and it has been a nightmare ever since. I skip or change a delivery date and they deliver anyway. When they merged I had to leave my phone number and they called back but the young lady hung up when I asked for information on my account. I told the delivery man that I was not accepting the delivery until his office contacted me. They sent another delivery anyway and I declined that one also.
I have also been charged for more bottles than I received. I’m done with this new thing of not being able to talk to people/companies that can easily take your money and don’t have human communication.

Not excited anymore...

The convenience is okay as I'm not too mobile anymore, but the service is not the best. They were a better company before merging with Primo Brands. They don't keep their word. They include unexpected additional charges and have to many unnecessary fees. Every agent gives different information every time you call. So far, I'm not too happy with their service.

Good luck trying to cancel service with…

Good luck trying to cancel service with Ready Refresh, just because the person who answers the phone is polite does not mean they are helpful. After multiple emails and phone calls over a series of months, I was finally able to get them to pick up my equipment and close my account.

This service is amazing

This service is amazing, and the driver/delivery person is extremely kind and genuine. As a disabled person, he set my bottles outside the door where they could be easily moved inside. The driver before him would set the bottles downstairs on the floor next to the garage door. The new driver is a lifesaver.

Refreshing and Reliable Goodness

I can always count on Readyrefresh to deliver water on time and the driver is helpful and friendly. The bottles are clean and the water refreshing. The service is so good I also have them deliver to my parents home.

We have used for years- what a disappointment

We have used for years at home and business. WE moved out of our home, they picked up all and we thought all was fine. We noticed 28 months or so of charges after the move out and called them on it. They agreed to the pick up and cancellation but said - why didn't you catch it sooner and we only give 3-6 months credit. We sent them $2157.14 worth of proof of charges AFTER MOVE OUT AND PICK UP DATE. They creditred $323.09. I guess we'll continue in small claims. Between this and their awful website and the fact they change or cancel delivery dates the day before or whenever they want to without notifying - don't use them. RUn to someone else

i cancelled the service in september…

i cancelled the service in september 2025,because i was moving out the state,and in january 2026 the company is trying to continuing charging me for water, and are trying to get into my account to collect money,be aware of companies like this,with no morals o
decency,im 72 years old and notice how companies like this are taking advantage of the elderly.
