The product functionality is good (4 stars). The product durability is fair. Material does peel away / tear after just months of use (2 stars). The customer service support is just horrible / non-existent (1 star). I tried calling the phone number provided. 3 times a day for 2 weeks and could not reach anyone. Left voice messages but never got a return phone call. I tried sending emails to the address on the website but never got a response. Very poor customer service. Beware.

I returned the product and was told on February 12, 2025 that my "Refund Issued" but there WAS NO REFUND ISSUED! I contacted Paypal first to ask them, but they were not able to locate ANY TRANSACTION INDICATED A REFUND. I went back to Ready Rocker, and they continue to just tell me the same thing: "Refund Was Issued" If that was the case, where is my hard-earned money?? These folks won't even provide any proof they refunded me, so here I sit RIPPED OFF!! BEWARE OF THESE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES ON BEHALF OF READY ROCKER! I'm going on a month now, with NO REFUND!!!

The back rest did not live up to my expectations. I have been trying to get a hold of the customer service to request a refund, but they have not responded. I also sent them a direct message on their Instagram and they have not responded. So I am out $100. Based on my disappointment in their product and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this back rest.
