We're sorry that you haven't received your order yet. We checked the shipping status and found that your order was shipped on March 4th.
However, since TN830 is a new product, we only have inventory in the CA warehouse, so it takes longer to arrive.
But don’t worry, we will have stock in the East Coast warehouse soon. We can ship this item from the NJ warehouse when you buy next time. Orders sent to MI can be delivered in 2 days.

Took A Chance, Glad I DID!

Wow, what great customer service. I honestly was reluctant to purchase my toner supplies from this company because I had not heard of them but took a chance and I am so glad I did. I had an issue with a cartridge and they sent a replacement right away. Shipping time was amazing...Give them a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.
