Do not trust Real Beauty Bargains (RBB)UK…

Do not trust Real Beauty Bargains UK (registered in Chichester). I ordered two items through an offer on my 3+ app: a mystery box and a secondary mixed item box.
First, the delivery took significantly longer than advertised. When the package finally arrived, the mystery box was completely missing. I immediately emailed customer service with photo proof of what I received. They completely ignored me. I sent a follow-up email a week later—still total silence.
Having received no support, I rightfully filed a chargeback/stop-payment with my credit card company. Unbelievably, Real Beauty Bargains responded to the bank immediately to refute the charge! They completely ignore paying customers who try to resolve issues, but they will instantly fight to keep your money for items they never sent.
This is a deeply dishonest business model. Avoid them at all costs so you don't fall victim to the same trap.
