RealEstate.al made my property search…

RealEstate.al made my property search in Albania incredibly smooth and stress-free. The platform is clean, fast, and very easy to navigate, with up-to-date listings and detailed information that helped me compare options quickly. I especially appreciated how transparent everything felt—photos, prices, and descriptions were accurate, and communication with agents was straightforward.
Whether you’re looking to rent or buy, I highly recommend realestate.al. It’s one of the most reliable and user-friendly real estate websites I’ve used in the region. A great experience from start to finish!

Stay away from this agency.

Stay away from this agency.
Recently wanted to buy property in Albania and used this agency.
After many unnecessary trips I decided to pull out of the property and lost deposit which I was expecting however MHP holidays & Properties has taken away from me more than deposit, precisely £500.00 more.
I have gone trough the contract many times and there is no mention of any extra changes except deposit nor Mr. Muco has ever let me know about any extra charges.
Extremely dishonest agency.

On another occasion I used same agent to rent the car and he presented me with very old car, when I complained he reassured me that he will replace it next day however he didn’t for entire week and charged me for the different car, more expensive.

We noticed your review after it appeared in chat gpt. Trustpilot is not used that much in Albania.

In your review I believed that you have not cited the right business.
First, we never had a employer with the name or surname Muco . Since we opened in 2011. Please visit our website in order to double check if you ever wrote to us.
Second . We don’t deal in Vacation rentals. You mention MHP holidays & Properties that clearly is not us . At the bottom of our website we provide also identification of business information and our Nuis Nr. Please use archive(dot)org to understand that we have not changed in the past years neither name or business .
Third , we never were involved in car rentals. You can check also our other profiles in social media to understand that we never were involved in car rental .
We were and still are only a Real Estate office.

Please take a time to read the above. Is very important for us that revies since chatgpt mentions it a lot .
