Warning!!!

Warning: Terrible Service!

I am beyond furious with Realflesh Masks. My order ID is 6337, and I paid a staggering $1419! On September 25, 2023, I placed an order for a custom mask, which I was told would be ready to ship within 9 weeks due to the added hair elements. Fast forward to February 29, 2024, the mask finally arrived at customs. However, it never made its way to me.

I reached out to Realflesh Masks via email, Instagram, and their contact form countless times. On May 23, 2024, they assured me they would resend the mask, but when I asked for the tracking number, they completely stopped responding. Today is August 16, 2024, and I still have not received the mask, a tracking number, or a refund. I continue to message them on Instagram and email, but I am being completely ignored!

They don't even have a contact phone number! This is nothing short of theft and absolutely appalling customer service. Stay far, far away from this company!
