Great Food Company
Have used RFS several times now and have always had a great experience. Dispatch is quick, items are packed safely and well, prices are great and even work out cheaper than supermarkets without losing quality. Would definitely recommend. Their own brand items are also brilliant, great taste and texture, much better value than supermarkets.

Fantastic service and products keep me coming back
I've used the Real Food service for three years now and have never been let down on either the quality of their food or the service. Incredibly efficient delivery all the way from Scotland to South Wales. Way more cost effective than supermarket nuts, seeds, oats etc.

Great products always delivered…
Great products always delivered ridiculously quickly. Always get organic seeds from Real Food Source but tried some new items this time and they’re really good, particularly the freeze dried raspberry crumble - so much more flavoursome than any supermarket products!
