Both were very friendly, communicative, responsive, and professional. They kept the process on track through several twists and turns and got me a great rate on my mortgage with a quick turnaround time.

Went on website to get rates - I have a good credit rating and am a first time homebuyer. After spending 5 minutes answering questions and providing email and phone number (which opens me up to marketing calls/texts), they failed to provide any loan options or rates. Big waste of time!

Our customer service experience with Real Genius was nothing short of a Five Star rating. It all started with the associates at Real Genius that walked/assisted us through the seamless process. There was constant /factual communication throughout the process for our benefit. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and willing to assist with every detail.
I would like to do a shout-out to Dean Fiore, who assisted us on getting our process started. Dean was the first Real Genius associate we communicated with and what an impression he left on us! Thank you Dean. We were then setup with Gigi DePoli, our Sr. Mortgage Banker. Gigi took us through the entire mortgage process, constantly communicating and checking in with. We felt like we were in good hands with Gigi. Gigi is very knowledgeable and has tons of experience in his position. Thank you Gigi, you always made us comfortable from start to finish. Then there was James Baxter, our Processing Manager. James ensured that our goals in the financing transaction were met. James ensured we understood every step of our loan and loan terms.
We had 3 home runs with the associates that assisted us at Real Genius. Thank you Real Genius for the best mortgage experience!!

Every Thing Went Great From Start To Finish.

Can’t say enough good things about Real Genius. I’ve worked with Woody Haskins for a few years and multiple home purchases, it’s always been the best experience. The Real Genius team is also extremely helpful! James went above and beyond - he worked out the logistics of purchasing a home while we lived in another state, which was at times like herding cats. But nothing I had to worry about, thankfully. They managed everything and made it so easy.

I worked with Patrick Moore. He was responsive, helpful, and not pushy on anything. He allowed me to lock in a low rate compared to the market average. Highly recommend.

Dean was the most polite, patient, and accommodating person. He offered us best rates among the leading 6 agents/banks. Highly recommend him for his work, dedication, and help.
