false bad reviews?
I have seen a lot of good and bad reviews about the services of Realisaprint.fr. The bad ones on trustpilot.com were about Realisaprint.com, so I don't know if there is any difference with (.fr) I therefore would lie to give my opinion on the work I have just received from them. I printed a book with around 300 pages in colour, size A5. Firstly the prices are really interesting, at least half the price of the nearest competitor.... So I did think that some of these negative responses may be right!!!
BUT NO ! I received my print on time, their online system allows you to follow your job in real time to know at what stage it is. I am a great professional and I am VERY demanding and critical towards my suppliers, but I can honestly say that the quality was surprisingly good. It was a pleasant surprise to see a really good print job and delivered three days ahead of schedule. Thank You Realisaprint , keep up the good work and I highly recommend them to any other company who needs to print well and quickly.
When I had questions to ask, I spoke immediately to someone who guided me through their site and their ordering process, which is very useful to gain time and be assured that all is well. frankly I cannot understand the negative reviews on trustpilot.com .
However on avis-verifies.com their score is very high and the majority of reviews are positive.
This remains a mystery for me, but my experience was very positive and I shall be using them for many projects to come.
