An absolute disorganised and structural mess, the coordination between both the company and the job centre was constantly a "wires crossed" situation where it felt like the whole class was being punished for their mistakes. In the end all we had achieved was updating our CVs which could've been done at home at any given time, I don't wish this kind of experience on anybody.

I am devastated after being a ball of riddled anxiety I came out of my comfort zone and joined a course so week 4 nearly half way threw course goes in does register and gets a phone call to say I have a fostering medical as I'm a foster carer and on the day so explains to the tutor I had to leave early she then proceeded to tell me that if I missed another session I would be voided of the course I explained I had a fostering assessment next week that they had only just given me the date for and I can not miss it it's mandatory I was willing to catch up I was doing extra work at home to make sure I had the best understanding to my knowledge I think it's unfair that for tha sake of me leaving an hour early I got struck of the course as I know your allowed to miss one session let me just note I've not missed any of the sessions yet and this would be thee first time I would have missed on I feel like it's unfair from a mum/carer of 5 that this could not of been helped and I get that you have to do so many hours of face to face learning but for the sake of one hour I just think it's unfair and there should be some more leeway as this has just knocked me back even further and I hope this review does help for the company to realise that if someone is willing to catch up in situations like this that they don't get struck off as it's knocked my confidence and I don't think I could do a course again anytime soon

The training went wrong as teaching staff were very unprofessional most of time we was teaching our self’s in class they also let grown women in class gossip and talk about other people mostly sensitive things without intervening and telling them to be quiet as people studying and couldn’t concentrate on work do was allowed to wind others up terrible course providers I would not recommend to anyone. Women were bitchey clicks

Tutor went too fast to explain on line training, not technically minded and was left confused and stressed without even starting, her communication was appalling her phone broke for 2 weeks plus and was out of the business for 8 days not sending links for video calls decided to quit due to lack of support and understanding an older student 8 weeks in I have managed zero

Attended a course that focused on hospitality. Was one of the most fun and educating 2 weeks of experience I had as of recently. I was very conserved and shy at first but, it has bought me out of my shell and have built confidence in myself. The tutor especially has inspired me with their knowledge, experience, teaching and their life stories. The class also had amazing vibes and made it even better and comfortable. Overall amazing!
