Sent incorrect items, 6 weeks late and refuse to pay return postage.
Ordered some dog toys on 20th December. Order wasn't posted out until 31st January, meaning I didn't receive them until the beginning of February. 3 of the 4 items were incorrect and didn't match what I'd ordered. I contacted customer service who were extremely rude and told me they wouldn't pay for return postage when I asked to return for a refund.
