Rdemption speed unreasonably and unfairly slow
Today is the 30th day I have been waiting for my redemption to clear and pay. Support keeps telling me it's under review by the payments team, but it has been that way for weeks and no one has helped the process move along. I have searched all over the internet and I do not see a single article about anyone else who has dealt with an account review like I (supposedly) have been.
