To tell you the truth this guy works his ass off but this a demanding market and is difficult to maintain a secured line of supply and distribution! I have placed a number of orders with them via email transfers and yes at times have waited longer than expected for tracking, sometimes even communicating
can be slow........
But one thing I can say from my experiences with them is that, all though yes sometimes orders may take longer than expected or than what we would like but, they have always found there way into my mailbox and often with extras for the pain of the wait.
One thing I can say is it's best to keep patient and calm..... I know it can be frustrating for people who aren't experienced with ordering RC's online! But if you remain in a calm order and don't go online spreading negativity and besmearching the domain's name, you will remain in a good standing with the staff! This goes for any RC shop..... people who whine and cry on forums or call there bank and try to report there slow order as fraudulent, don't remain in an ideal situation with these types of businesses! It's is a dangerous and stressful industry to work in and sometimes things take place in which further complicates certain situations.
Politeness, respect and patience are the best tools you can have for success in ordering materials for your research purposes, it might be very frustrating at times as those of us whom are versed in RC acquirement, but just remember flipping out won't solve anything! Do yourself a favor check out reviews first and make sure you are aware that sometimes these things take time! Sometimes more than we care to wait but as long as it shows, than you have been successful!!!
