I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a tv stand fireplace from them thru Walmart.com. The price was for 99.00. I checked the website a couple of days after to check on the shipping status and saw that the price of the item increased to 186.00. My item that I paid for hadn’t been shipped yet. I received a email yesterday evening that informed me that my order was cancelled due to out of stock. I went back to the website and saw that the item is still in stock but at a much higher price. I contacted Walmart.com and they informed me that the item had been restocked and the price increased due to high market value and the item is in high demand. The item was never out of stock! The company cancelled so that I could pay the higher price. This company is fraudulent and I will never purchase anything from them anymore after this experience! This company is money hungry!

We ordered our bed 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. The shipping info says it was shipped from Michigan to Illinois and it is now in California. We live ion Oklahoma. Customer Service for Real Rooms hasn't been helpful AT ALL. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a bed frame from them over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received my item. Their shipping partner is absolute crap and Real Rooms customer service is extremely useless, they dont even have a phone system. My order has just been sitting in their distribution center for the past 5 weeks and they keep "scheduling" it for delivery but then I receive a text from them a day before it is suppose to be delivered saying that unfortunately my item has been delayed and they have no reasoning as to why or when I can expect this bed frame. Real Rooms says that there is nothing they can do because it is with their shipping partner and when you call the shipping company they say oh we will get that rescheduled for you. Its a endless loop of disappointment. Then when I ask for a refund of my money since clearly I am never going to get this bedframe they tell me that they cannot issue a refund because the item is in transit so now I am out $$$$. Its a full blown SCAM! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from them. And if you dont believe me head to reddit where you can find hundreds of other people also complaining about their horrible experience with Real Rooms.

Horribly customer service and products difficult to assemble

I ordered a five drawer dresser from real rooms.com and the company that makes it is ameriwoodhome .com. and I'm really happy with the dresser. Took some hours to put together but it's great
