Perfect Delivery, Perfect quality, perfect fit...

A month ago I ordered and payed for a shearling jacket.
A week later I tried to contact them because I had not received any confirmation.
I was answered with a short message (sent with their phone) that they received payment and they would send a tracking number when everything was ready.

We're a month later now and I haven't heard from them.
I give a two star because I was answered immediately.

ADJUSTMENT: As promised, the package was delivered in a perfect state.
The jacket really looks awesome!
And I really look badass!
