Horrible Customer Service and misleading website
I’ve purchased a few items from this company in the past, and at the beginning of May, I purchased another component to complete my flight sim. Although their website did not indicate any backlog when I ordered, I was emailed by the company within a week that my order would be delayed until the end of May as it was on back order. I waited until the last week of May to follow up and made several attempts to find out the status on the 5/27, 5/28 and 5/30. I saw on their site on 5/27 that there was no indication of the item that I purchased being out of stock. Their site says the item (GFC500) is in stock and would be shipped in 2/3 days. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks and nothing. To this date, they have not responded… or even given a courtesy to advise of the status. Their customer service has degraded and it seems they don’t like to advise customers that things are out of stock. So be warned… this company lacks in service and fortunately there are other options out there for flight sim components of equal or better quality…and much better service.
