i feel scam with what happen to détroit.

There is a lack of transparency and we are left on our own to handle situation. very few communication by email, nothing in the website to guide affected user to handle situation.
everything is like omerta.

so i think I will not invest more money and see if the grass is greener on lofty.

A great way to invest in tokenized real estate

I’ve been investing on Realt for a while and already own several properties through the platform. The experience is smooth, reliable, and the communication is excellent. They provide clear updates, transparent information on returns and operations, and you always know what’s happening with your investment.

Purchasing properties is simple, rental income is paid in USDC, and everything is easy to track. For me, it’s one of the best ways to access U.S. real estate with smaller amounts and no hassle. Highly recommended

I love getting income every week! RealT makes real estate investing simple a d transparent. Even with Detroit’s challenges, they’re renovating and managing properties effectively. Their portfolios aren’t just smarter—they’re also high-yield, averaging around 9% from my experience, whereas with traditional real estate mutual funds, yields get stuck around 5% apy
