This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. I was sent the link by a relative so I figured it must be ok. I put in my information and paid the 1 dollar trial period charge. I wasn’t able to view any homes in the area where I was looking that I would consider so I canceled my subscription. A week or so later I called to make sure it was cancelled and was told they had no information on me. Now 2 months later I get a notice from my bank that my card was charged. They denied the transaction and put a block so they can’t charge me again. I went to a verified website and found a home. Be very carful where you enter your information in a search to find affordable housing.

I signed up for the trial and couldn't access the website. I've called several times for several days. It's hard to get a response back from them. I feel like it's not worth the hassle. My personal opinion is that there HUD website isn't accurate at all.

I agree with the other reviews of…

I agree with the other reviews of "realty store.com." Total scam. Unless you just like giving away $50 a month DO NOT CLICK on this site. I canceled the same day I looked at the site and gave them $1 for access to foreclosed homes. Unfortunately giving them $1 meant giving them credit card information. Which they used to scam me for months! As other reviewers have said I canceled the same day! But was continued to be billed.

I canceled my subscription the same day…

I canceled my subscription the same day because I didn’t see anything I liked and then months later they charged me for two services. They won’t give me a refund and said I had to fill out a refund form on why I needed it back basically and it would take 10 days for them to see if I should get it back. Even though I contacted them the second it happened because I knew something fishy was going on.

Free trial and they refuse to refund $249

I signed up for a free trial with Realtystore.com but cancelled my subscription before it ended on September 2, 2024. Despite this, they charged me $249. I contacted customer service, and they promised a refund on September 19, 2024. Today is October 3, 2024, and I still have not received my refund.

To make matters worse, they are impossible to reach. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. This has been a frustrating experience, and I feel like I’ve been ignored. I would not recommend using their services if this is how they handle customer issues.

I don't understand how this company can stay in business misleading so many people.

Outdated info, charged despite cancellation

I’m an investor and signed up for a 30 day trial for $1. The site was worthless to me. I spent 4 hours researching houses and doing diligence only to find that all the information they had was outdated. Some of the properties had been off the market for as long as 4 years!
I called and cancelled just before my 30 days were up and received a cancellation confirmation, but the next day they charged my card $79.98. Despite many calls, emails and supplying them with a ridiculous amount of documentation. Including credit card charges, they refuse to credit me, saying I cancelled too late. If I cancelled too late why did my cancellation state I could use the site one more day before it would expire.??

They won't stop calling me

I have asked time and time again to be removed from their calling list. This has been going on for a long time.
After reading many reviews I am not interested in doing business with Realtystore.com.

Terrible product- Website incredibly slow and/or barely works in daytime. A little faster late night.
You're not getting a refund when complaining a few days into first billing cycle. When disputing my charge I noticed they charged me full price for my trial period also.
I wish I'd never engaged at any level with these crooks.

Scam website

This site tricks you into thinking they have the best listings but they just keep already sold listings up for way too long. It’s a waste of time. Also, good luck cancelling - I had to call and the representative was so pushy and rude. She kept talking over me saying that I would be getting it for $19 a month now and that I needed to keep it to see their new listings. She kept saying I could contact them after the NEXT billing cycle if I needed to cancel. She almost would not take no for an answer and got really huffy with me when I told her the 6th or 7th time I needed to cancel TODAY. Buyer beware.

More like bogus and outdated info store

Baits people to sign up for a fee and chase rainbows, showing outdated or inaccurate listings of so-called foreclosures and other "real estate opportunities", which were evidently found using a web crawler.

I am a real estate agent, who found out about this site via a client who passed along some listings from the site, which proved to be dead ends when I called the contacts my client passed along.

I'd say they wasted my time, except that I had a nice chat with another agent whose number was listed as a contact for an outdated listing said agent may have been attempting to wholesale some months back.

You can find better current listings by calling a good local real estate agent at no charge to you.
