Great job again, Raymond. I took the pre-licensing course and now I just finished the post licensing course. Thanks for really very much paying close attention to good details and augmenting the pre-licensing material with this useful post-licensing material, especially the part about business planning and new-construction is also useful as well.

I enjoyed attending REAL University.

Raymond is hands on and on top of the University and I thoroughly appreciate that.
The courses are well explained page by page of the book. I would recommend that anyone taking the course to write notes and read the questions on tests/quizzes very carefully. Good luck and happy learning.

Information was easy to understand. I took the Intro to Commercial Real Estate just to get refreshed on some terms used, and what to expect.

The new/updated CE classes are AWESOME! So much easier to follow along!

REAL University offers concise and easy to follow meat and potatoes courses in real estate. In addition, it is chock full of useful tools, tips and tricks to help you pass the state exams.

I was able to join in the class via livestream and follow along from the comfort of my home. Although there is a lot of information and it's like drinking through a firehose, Raymond does a good job breaking everything down and walking you through the subject matter in a relatable way.

Very interesting real estate classes with a lot of instructor shared actual experience as it relates to the course. My husband and I have taken several classes including Broker Licensing, Managing Broker and CE. Always satisfied with the class.

Had several referrals to use Realu and it shows why! Instructor keeps it interesting and relatable! if you are reading this trying to decide if this is the course for you take my word and do it here. Think about it. You taking a course here changes my life in no way shape or form. But it will change yours! Take it as you wish!

I've been in real estate for 28 years. I've had the boring CE instructors, the ones who didn't know their stuff and the classes where I didn't learn anything. Raymond and RealUniversity is the best. Knowledgeable, down to earth and funny; Raymond has decades of real world experience and conveys the information in a straightforward and easy to follow manner. Plus his website is incredibly easy to use. I tell everyone there is only one CE source I'll use-Real University.

The class Very convenient for my schedule because I can take it at my own available time. The instructor is clear and knowledgeable in the subject.

This course is taught by a managing broker. He used many real life experiences and it was easy to understand.

I just completed the 24-Hr. Managing Broker Course and Raymond made it very interesting and I was able to complete it online at my own pace. I have taken several of his classes and find them superior to other online classes. He also has a lot of great content to choose from when you do your yearly CE.

REAL University is great and absolutely goes the extra mile to help you pass your exams. I passed the national on my first attempt, and was given assistance on what to focus on with the state after failing by 1 on my first attempt. They are responsive, on a personal level, and they care!
