Have been visiting Dr Katherine for treatments for years.

I am always reassured by Katherine's professionalism as a registered GP, her beautiful clinic, high standards of hygiene and the use of genuine products.

I am one of those people who doesn't like to look like I have had procedures and to preserve what I have. I am really pleased that Dr Kathrine listens to this and keeps me on track.

Wouldn't go to anyone else.

At my consultation Dr Katherine was upfront that couldn't help me in my particular case, (need eyelid surgery rather than Plex-r treatment), but was happy to give me free advice and refer me to a reputable, affordable surgeon.

Dr. Kathryn immediately puts you at ease. She is positive, while remaining realistic, about how she can achieve good results for you. What is outstanding is her follow up and ongoing care, should you have any problems- not something always seen in her profession. She is quick and efficient, while never making the client feel hurried and I can thoroughly recommend her as a practitioner.

Dr Kathryn is a magician, and has improve my skin and facial appearance so much. I delayed investing in my appearance for way too long (early 60's). But Dr Kathryn has focused her care, considerable skill and treatments on me over many months, and the results have been subtle 'natural' improvements. I'm athletic and fit, and now feel that my face better reflects my younger sense of me. Everyone thinks I've just had a lovely holiday ;-)

Superb personal service. Whole range of treatments including retinols, HRT, laser and injectables, all from a fully trained doctor and with the opposite of a heavy sell. Lots of it isn't for me but I felt no pressure at all. Fair pricing. All in all a big fan and I've recommended to lots of friends.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kathryn for over 4 years, her treatments are 2nd to none.
I’ve had fillers & Botox and I get compliments all the time on how refreshed I look, yet completely natural.
I won’t let anyone else touch my face!

Shambolic communication. I was given the runaround for 3 months.

8th August - provided details for my booking.
11th August - told there was an issue with the machine and that I had been added to a waiting list and would be contacted.
15th October - I chased up and was told I would be contacted shortly.
1st November - I had to followup again as nobody got in touch. I was told the service was not being offered and to contact my GP.

A complete waste of time. I wish I'd found someone else to provide the treatment in August.

Disgusting response. Wouldn’t expect anything else from such an unprofessional company. And their updated response proves even further how childish, passive aggressive and utterly pathetic they are. Have a good day too, maybe answer emails if you have the brain cells.

I’ve had 2 x sessions of Sculptra with Dr Kathryn and have been very happy with my results so far. She is super friendly and warming but equally professional, which makes the treatments more comforting. This is reflected in the clinics ambience too. I will be looking forward to my 3rd session!
